Education and Professional Background
María del Pilar is a lawyer specialized in Administrative Law. She is a member of our Public Law, Compliance and TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) departments.
Throughout her career, María del Pilar has advised and represented both local and multinational companies from different sectors in administrative, constitutional, regulatory, compliance and environmental law matters. She is recognized for her strong expertise in public procurement and contracting, as well as her in-depth understanding of several highly regulated industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, food, household products, automotive, and information and communication technologies (ICT), among many others. She provides end-to-end support in administrative proceedings at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, and represents clients in judicial processes at both local and federal courts. Additionally, she plays a key role in due diligence processes, offering regulatory insights within M&A transactions. In the area of Compliance, María del Pilar collaborates in the development of Integrity Programs, designs and delivers training sessions, and provides advice on anti-corruption and money laundering prevention.
She obtained her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Buenos Aires (2013). She completed postgraduate studies in Administrative Law Institutions (2014) and Economic Administrative Law (2017), both by the Universidad Católica Argentina, achieving the highest qualification for her final thesis in the latter program.
